The R Villa Luwa sits on Jl. Jantuk Angsa in the village of Pererenan, one of the quieter residential pockets on Bali's south-western coast. The surrounding lanes are lined with family compounds, rice-field margins, and the occasional warung, a setting that keeps the energy unhurried even as Canggu's cafes and surf breaks remain only minutes away by scooter or car. The villa itself is a single-level property, which means every space is accessible without stairs and the flow from indoor living areas to the poolside deck feels immediate and uninterrupted.

The architecture follows a clean, open-plan logic common to well-designed contemporary Bali villas: wide eaves, a garden that wraps around the pool, and rooms that open directly onto covered outdoor corridors. The pool is the gravitational centre of the property. A timber deck and barbecue area sit alongside it, and the mature garden provides both shade and a degree of privacy from neighbouring plots. Indoors, the living and dining spaces are finished with practical materials that hold up well in tropical conditions, furnished with a dining table large enough for the full group of ten.

The kitchen is properly equipped for a stay of any length, stocked with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, stove, coffee maker, water kettle, and a full set of crockery, cutlery, and pots and pans. There is also a sound system for evenings around the pool, a washer for longer trips, and room-darkening shades in each bedroom for those mornings when the light comes in early. Air conditioning runs throughout, and the WiFi is reliable enough for remote work.

Check-in is available from 15:00, and check-out is by 10:00. The villa accommodates up to ten registered guests. Pets are not permitted on the property. Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street directly outside, making it straightforward to base a group trip here with a rental car or multiple scooters.
